Presenting the new release from Martin Boulton, better known as Min-Y-Llan who resides in Pembrokeshire, Wales. 2010 has been a very productive year for the artist having released "The Black Lagoon" on this very label in February, and two more releases on the excellent Kift Flipper label, "The Belders Wench" and a split release with fellow Welshman Bagpipe Whiskey "The West Coast". Having lost none of the trademark sounds associated with Min-Y-Llan's output, Regulate Condition flirts a little more with glitchier sounds than before. interspersed with gorgeously lush ambient textures and melancholic touches. This new release is a strong work covering 12 tracks of heart melting electronica and may we say comes highly recommended.
