Nottingham based DJ / producer Nick Lawson tirelessly devotes himself to the endless possibilities of electronic music. His meticulous approach to DJing and production has seen him hone a style that journeys into the deepest realms of House and Techno. Nick's early releases on Romulus Schwarz's Shrink and SheWolf Music imprints saw him develop a sound that was both organic and nostalgic. His low slung groover 'Daphadandilly' achieved wide support, despite being released only digitally, and has since appeared on Matt Tolfrey's mix compilation for 1trax. Nick's collaborative works with Matthew Burton has seen them both explore different corners of house music, breaking the typical methodologies they normally adhere to with their solo efforts. Their first two releases together, 'Mischievous Mustache' (2009) and 'Playdo' (2010), appeared on MultiVitamins and Leftroom offshoot Left’d respectively. After both featuring on another Left'd release with 'Snuff It' (2011), the pair continued with their warehouse style music in the shape of the moody Tech House track 'Gruff It' (2011) released by Visionquest.
