Intrigued by the depth of the cosmos, Dalessandro’s four-tracker encompasses the abyss in its nebulous atmospheres and animated beats: “Scaning Universe Gamma” builds around minimal references and kinetic basslines, while “Spacebong” moves from noise to glitchy percussive techno and back. “Orbiting The Sun” and “Life In The Prism,” meanwhile, deliver a darker edge and the lingering sense of oddity that the Chicago-bred producer has made his signature.
